Our requirements for partners

To become a Connex partner, you must be able to deliver the entire value chain:
– Consulting – understanding the customer's needs and finding the right solution.
– Design – assemble and adapt the solution to the customer's requirements.
– Installation – install and commission the Connex platform professionally.
– Service and operations – offer support and ongoing service so that the customer gets full value.

Strategic collaborations

We know that not all companies cover the entire value chain – and that’s okay. At Connex, partnership is about finding the best way to collaborate.

If you are unable to advise, design, install and service yourself, we will help you to contact one of our certified Connex partners. Together you can still deliver Connex solutions – for example as a white label or as part of your own product offering – but the partner is responsible for your solution and ensures that everything works optimally.
